Stages and post statuses are different
Post lifecycle: idea → in_progress → written → approved → images_ready → scheduled → posted → archived. Held is a flag; refused is a reasoned decision. Editing media voids both approvals. Copy-only editing voids copy approval. Prior decisions remain in history.
